Located on the south side of Madison, Mississippi and accessible from Rice Road or Old Canton Road, Tidewater HOA has two sections:

Tidewater 1 consists of larger homes and lots along West Tidewater Lane and Woodbridge Drive.

Tidewater 2 contains smaller homes that  many of our retirees and families with young children find attractive.
